Products can be exchanged or returned for 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. You’ll need to send a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Once we receive and look over your return, we will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Then, it will be processed using your original payment method within a few days. Shipment costs will be assumed by you.
Suppose the product is in no condition to be used, and the shipping company is not responsible, but the damage was caused in origin. In that case, your exchange product or correspondent refund will be processed using your original payment method within a few days once your case is reviewed.
