OW Brush Cleaner is a product that cleans and cares for your brushes when
they have been used with oil varnishes. It provides a safe and pleasant atmosphere for your workplace.
OW Brush Cleaner can be used to clean natural or synthetic brushes. In addition, you can also clean your tools or gloves.
Well-cleaned brushes are essential to prevent the risk that the remains between the bristles in your brush could damage or contaminate the varnish in future uses.
OW Brush Cleaner takes care of your brushes, takes care of you, and respects the environment.
Composition
It is a slow-evaporation product that effectively dissolves fats and oils.

Properties
Transparent liquid with a pleasant smell. Colour: colourless.
Flashpoint: > 100ºC.
Partially soluble in water. With soap and water, it is easily removed.
Application
Easy to use and effective result.
Once you have finished varnishing, clean the brushes with absorbent paper to remove the excess varnish.
Dip brushes into OW Brush Cleaner after and before varnish or paint drying time.
Please keep it in the product for the needed period (at least 30 minutes, although it can be left overnight), avoiding the brush bristles touching the bottom of the container.
Resins and oils will be dissolved gradually and settle at the bottom of the container.
After the needed period, drain the brush and clean the excess product with absorbent paper. On that same paper, gently rub the brush bristles to drag the remains deeply. Dry well with absorbent paper.
Optional: if desired or deemed necessary, it can be cleaned with a little solvent such as OW Thinner or similar and dried well with absorbent paper.
Wash the brush bristles with plenty of water and neutral soap until the
remaining product or solvent is removed.
Let it dry suspended in a vertical or horizontal position.
Storage
Keep the container tightly closed, in a cool place and do not expose it to direct light. Avoid sources of heat, radiation, static electricity and contact with food. Under these conditions, the product has been stable for more than two years.
Safety
According to Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP), this product is not a hazardous substance or mixture.
According to the available data, it is not considered hazardous to the environment.
The material is readily biodegradable.
Protective gloves against minor hazards and panoramic goggles against splashes and/or projections are recommended.
